Exclusive territory — one brand per market

If you build a market for one of our private molds, you should not end up competing against your own product. Here is exactly what we commit to, and what we ask in return.

What we commit to

• One buyer per territory, per mold. While your agreement is active we will not quote that private mold to another buyer in your country.
• Your tooling stays yours. Molds are cut and maintained in-house; we do not reuse your housing for other customers.
• No trading margin. You buy from the factory that cuts the mold.
• First look at new designs in your category before they go to anyone else.

What we ask

• A forecast, not a promise. First order plus a 12-month estimate by model.
• A launch date. Exclusivity starts when the first production order ships, or 90 days after sample approval — whichever comes first.
• A minimum. Typically 500 pcs per model per year; we set it per model, not as a blanket rule.
• A written agreement. Territory, term, and model numbers listed explicitly — one page is enough.

What it does not cover

• Public-mold models — anyone can buy those.
• Territories where we already have an active partner (we will tell you before you spend time on it).
• No order within the term — the territory returns to the open pool.

Term

12 months, renewed against annual volume. Documented in the PO or a one-page agreement, whichever suits your paperwork.

Why the list is short

We are a small factory. We only promise exclusivity where we can actually control supply — so the models we offer it on are few, and named specifically.
